Girlfriend makes spring break too scheduled?
My girlfriend is an overachiever. She takes 5 classes and participates in athletic training. So when she gets a week off for spring break she feels like its VERY VERY precious and therefore has to schedule everything and has to exercise everyday and has to read everyday and has to study every day. Yet a week ago she wanted to take a trip somewhere. I can see shes already stressing out. She thinks we wont be able to stick to everything she wants to do. Im not sure if this is reasonable or not.
Can I have your opinion? are there any resources I can read about this kind of anxiety? any tips?

In my opinion, she clearly feels happier and more secure with the timetable - so roll your eyes inwardly a bit and then try to engage with it and make it fun for you both. If you're worried about her anxiety that's another issue, but the worst thing you can do is take away one of her stable reference points. It'll just introduce more chaos and more anxiety, if that's an issue already.
