No one can say. There's anything from a few inches, to several, depending on when you started puberty, how many growth spurts you've already had; and what your genetics have in store for you. Some guys hit adult height early; most incrementally; whilst others seem delayed, till mid-puberty, when they suddenly rocket up in gains. Generally speaking, you'll have a growth phase followed by a plateau one, so as to allow your body time to catch up - and your parents time to adjust to buying different clothes sizes lol
