Not even close. At least Trump is working his staff and himself half to death to put together something the congress will finally like.
Obama definitely WAS GW Bush's 3d & 4th terms, though.

He is so envious and jealous of President Obama that he is doing everything within his power to try and undo all the good that President Obama has done for the American people and this country.

Hardly, Obama is much smarter than trump could dream of, and even knows how government works. Trump is trump, all on his own, a singular species.
