If they haven't done felonies, no felony prosecution. traffic offenses?- get real, old riders with colors know police are looking for publicity so obey the traffic laws while wearing colors. As for some protection from political prosecution or prosecutor needing political endorsement later? HA may know where politicians have skeletons tucked away, when politician was at whorehouse, what his favored perversion is- and have the picture to prove it since HA or associate was there helping . Brotherhood can help persuade witness that police and prosecutor won't or can't help them if the 'brothers' get really pissed off.
