    When run by liberals, the Justice Department settled a lot of cases by taking money from companies and diverting it to left wing "causes".

    he would never be charged, much less indicted, besides he is a pretty nice guy. unless you are all about the whole capitalist-pig thing.

    Doubtful.

    And he wouldn't give his money away because either:

    (A) his kids and charities make better use of it than the govt,

    (B) he might get a lenient sentence of 25 years with parole possible in 15 years. He could sit that out, then be released to enjoy his billions,

    (C) he has a right to communicate with the outside while in prison and could run his empire marginally from the inside, or

    (D) a little of all of the above.
