A user said "Christians must avoid to insult Muslims leading to a fitnah". Are the following things insulting to muslims leading to fitnah?

1- Is a Christian man looking at a muslim woman as he says "After you" while holding a door open for her "insulting"? 
2- How about Christians greeting each other loud enough for others to hear with "Jesus is GOD!" when out on a walk? 
3- How about a group of 12 Christians singing Christian songs and playing the piano in a home with their windows open?
4- How about a sign in my gas station on the wall where all can see that says "Jesus is LORD"?

Oh, I get it.

It is okay to insult Christians.  They won't do anything except turn the other cheek.  (Or maybe pray for you.)

But if you insult Muslims, you may start a revolt.  Because Islam is said to be a religion of peace.

Islam has many silly rules.....Islam is a very deceptive religion…Escape if you can

Muslims are a captive people in need of being rescued, because they are trapped by Islam.
Islam is oppressive and uses sharia law and deception to control the people by force.
It only benefits the few at the top and the people are trapped or killed if they try to escape.
