I can't buy Xbox 360 games on Xbox One store?

I was going to download Black Ops 2 from the store on my Xbox One but when I go to buy it I get an error message saying "You have no valid payment options on file. Microsoft Account Balances cannot be used in this payment channel." I already have all my credit card information entered and it doesn't work. But it does work for Xbox One games on the store. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.

    The Xbox One and 360 stores are handled somewhat separately. You may need to link the payment option again for 360 purchases to work.
