I was going to download Black Ops 2 from the store on my Xbox One but when I go to buy it I get an error message saying "You have no valid payment options on file. Microsoft Account Balances cannot be used in this payment channel." I already have all my credit card information entered and it doesn't work. But it does work for Xbox One games on the store. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.

When I disconnect my controller from the cable it tells me to reconnect my controller and the controller doesn't work. But when I plug it into the charger cable it works just fine. Any idea what the problem is? Thanks.
