How to reduce sugar cravings?
I dont want to give it up completly just dont want to rely on it and crave it 24/7! Im not a diabetic but im afraid itll happen soon.

sugar or carbohydrate foods do not cause diabetes! Diabetes is more genetic so check your family tree for people who are diabetic.
Eat some natural fats in your food plan such as bacon, sausage, fried eggs, butter on your toast or breakfast roll. Eat fried foods when you can for other meals. I have mostly eliminated half my hunger pangs, and totally eliminated my cravings for sugary stuff. Of course the medical persons will scream at you for the fats you are eating, but if it helps you loose weight, loose the sugar cravings, and not eat quite so much, You are way ahead.

I agree with Andy C although being type 2 diabetic my doc said it was not the sugar that caused my diabetes but a bad diet, anyway this link explains about the fructose poisoning.

I'll let you in on a 'secret':
Sugar contains a glucose molecule (35%) and a fructose molecule (65%). Fructose is a poison.
Giving up sugar would be just giving up something that is making you sick.
You probably don't realize that you are sick, but do you have stubborn fat that won't go away, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or eczema/acne/skin afflictions?
You are not supposed to metabolize fructose. When you eat it in fruit, it comes on the back of insoluble fiber, which transports it to your colon, where your bacteria eat it.
When you eat it w/o fiber, your liver processes ALL of it and the results are vLDL, a bad fat, and aldehydes that inhibit your body from utilizing insulin correctly which keeps you from feeling full, so you eat more.
Your outside may not be fat, but your insides probably are and your body is probably insulin-resistant, which WILL lead to diabetes II.
Still craving sugar?
Stop, and as with all addiction, the cravings pass.
