Flash Player/Chrome Problems?

Google chrome is not running flash player properly. Downloaded newest version of flash player. Adobe says it's downloaded but disabled on chrome. Checked chrome and it says "Allow all sites to access flash." Why is it doing this and how can I get this working?

Chrome has been blocking Adobe Flash for years, and has created their own due to the massive amount of security issues Adobe has and doesn't fix.

It's in your best interest to find another solution, instead of using a dead technology (Chrome, Firefox and iOS all block/disable Adobe flash).
