Please can you help?

I am a 23 year old female and I am around 5ft 6 and only weight 7-8 stone. I suffer from Neurofibromatosis Type 1 and also IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). I also have scoliosis. I was born with Neurofibromatosis and Scoliosis but the IBS developed in my teens. Recently it has got worse, and medication don t help. I have been tested for coeliacs disease and diabetes and both have come back negative. I have been told by three several Doctors that it is IBS for sure. I get pains no matter what I eat, and don t gain weight at all, even though in the past I have tried and tried. I always stay the same or drop in weight. At the moment I have gone off food completely and so I have hardly ate a thing for a few days. I will admit I am scared of food, and I know this sounds ridiculous but I cant cope with these pains much longer.

I am seeing a DR on Monday but what will be the likely outcome if the DR realises ive lost weight and not eaten? I m not doing this intentionally and I m not doing this for attention, I m just genuinely scared of food and not eating makes me much happier.

Update:

My shoulderblade, some of my spine and my neck bone are all visible, my ribs also tend to stick out, as do my knees

Funny how riddled with imaginary diseases you are. Do you honestly not see that you are just showing everyone that you are nothing but a lying attention whore?
