Christians love quoting this verse (for their way is evil, and their god is evil) but don't they realise that it describes them?
Woe to those who call evil good
and good evil,
who put darkness for light
and light for darkness,
who put bitter for sweet
and sweet for bitter.
Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight.

They're not rational (90% to 95% the world has emotional, not rational, personality types) unless they're the few that have the capacity to give up Christianity. So, of course, they don't realize anything. They only live as advanced humans because of the rational humans that brought progress, but the irrational are basically lower ape minds in human bodies.

An unfortunate typo in your question - missing out an 'o' and ending up with god instead of good.
Ah well, the context is Isaiah rebuking the wickedness of the nation of Israel, claiming to be eager to see the judgment of the Holy One of Israel (verse 19) yet who do evil as verse 20 states. It goes on to describe how they "are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight... who are heroes at drinking wine and champions at mixing drink, who acquit the guilty for a bribe, but deny justice to the innocent."
It goes on to state that God will whistle for distant, pagan nations, to come as His executions of judgment upon the people who claim to be called by His Holy Name. That is absolutely what happened to Israel, back then. You may revel in applying it to Christians today, if you like. Jesus said to beware, he who thinks he is standing, lest he should fall. Jesus warned that in the way you judge others, so you will be judged.
