can someone calculate the density of the body? URGENT!?
ii) In order to calculate the density of an irregular (difficult to measure the dimensions for volume) shaped body in the lab, you are given a Balance, a hydrostatic bench, a beaker of fresh water and a box of weights to find the mass of the irregular shaped body in air and also the mass when fully immersed in water You found the mass in air to be 212.5g and when fully submerged in water, the mass was found to be 194.24g Find the density of the body?

When the body is fully submerged, the volume of the displaced water is equal to the volume of the object. The buoyant force is equal to the difference of the weights.
Buoyant force = 0.2125 * 9.8 – 0.19424 * 9.8 = 0.178948 N
Buoyant force = Density * g * V
The density of water is 1000 kg/m^3.
Density * g = 9800
9800 * V = 0.178948
V = 0.178948 ÷ 9800 = 1.826 * 10^-5 m^3
This is the volume of the object.
Density = 0.19424 ÷ 1.826 * 10^-5
The object’s density is approximately 10,637 kg/m^3.
