No- most lesbians wouldn't act that way in public, not that there's anything wrong with that. If a man/woman couple did no one would say a word.

It is normal for them. Whether or not you agree with their lifestyle, they're just showing each other how much they Love each other, and being affectionate. That is normal for any Loving couple.
