I'm not happy at my job. What should I do? Please help!!?

So I've been working at this job for over 6months now and at first I liked the job but now I don't. One of my coworkers( I'm going to name him Adam) and when I'm at work, he talks crap behind my back and even when I'm there like how I wait until 10:30 to clean the lobby when I really don't.

And im usually on front register and my boss hired someone named zeke and lately my boss has been putting me on sandwiches and putting him on front register. My instincts were telling me that he liked zeke better on front line better than me. And I realized that I was right because when I was on break I went into the break room to go eat. Then Adam came in and asked me to pass him his backpack. Then he snatched it out of my hands and then closed the door( idk what's wrong with him). Then I over heard my boss, Adam, and zeke talking outside the break room and I heard Adam telling zeke "you're the best person on front line so far". And he knew I was in the break room. And my boss said "better than lyric,but I still love her though". I'm done with this job. I don't even think I should come to work today. What should I do??
