When I rub my skin after showering, it comes on in rolled up flakes?

this has been happening to me for a long time but I just forgot about it. After I shower with soap, or maybe just with water, I'm not sure, I rub my skin and skin begins to peel off in dead bits. Help?

    Use a loofa.

  • Buy a sea salt body scrub or sugar scrub and use it once or twice a week. Go to bath and body works, they have good sales.

That's just filth. Get one of those puffy shower things and scrub. You're not getting the dirt and dead skin off. Didn't anyone teach you how to take a shower or bath?

Normal - its called 'exfoliation' - getting rid of the dead skin is healthy.

it happens too, just while in the shower take soap and a face cloth and rub your skin until it's red to get rid of the dirt
