its much more effective to build a physical wall in high traffic urban areas and to install a virtual wall in rural regions with hi tech surveillance devices, its cheaper, the border patrol manpower can be effective used to catch E-ILLEGALS, that's we ALL want is for the E ILLEGAL trafficking to stop, LEGAL IMMIGRANTS are VERY VERY MUCH WELCOMED.
