There is nothing wrong with having fun with good association. Where it gets bad is when morality gets thrown out the window and conduct gets bad.

No. When one sinner finds repentance, heaven celebrates. The best party you could ever imagine.
Partying with drugs and drinking is sinful. The best way to ruin a party is to invite druggies and drunks in my opinion.
Luke 15:7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
