Can anyone tell me if adding box braid extensions in my hair will interrupt the natural growth pattern of my hair like will the hair be heavy on my scalp and on my natural hair?

I just love their energy and how they're like estatic to be with me and the way they move so frantically makes me feel loved :p

How are they for comfort and do they hurt the foot at all, specifically the back of the ankle?

The longest I went was 2 days but then I just eat, I'm rating at my mothers house and there's pizza and takeout everywhere but I feel like this cleanse will do me more good than simply eating but it's a struggle

Sorry for the long post but its my sisters cats, she has 4 of them and I'm visiting her and she never has time to take care of them and they're neglected so I'm always down there making sure they're cared for and the past few days I've noticed vomit everywhere and I don't know which cat it is I know I should bring it to her attention but she works 14 hour days and she isn't here most of the time. I have no money to care for them, what's wrong with them and what can I do for the time being?

Is it hot showers? I try to take cold/warm showers as much as possible but I turn purple and it worries me also I can't stand being cold. Is it too much sugar intake? I've been eating a lot of refined sugars lately....I don't know but I want to heal it

She gives me food and shelter but it's not healthy food and she never cleans her car is discussing she leaves dirty cups in there for months and she's so inconsiderate and her car is in such a dangerous position to be driving and she doesn't fix it she never even talks to me all she does it watch television series and she doesn't ever want to go for walks with me, she's always dirty and all of her clothes are provocative like I just don't like her but I'm not disrespectful like sometimes I think she looks ugly with makeup on but not without at all but she never wears no makeup she says it's inappropriate to go out without makeup like she's so gross to look at I can't look at her . Like yes she buys me food sometimes with me in mind but this food is going to kill me it's so unhealthy and she never cooks any healthy food. I want to be respectful of her but I don't like her she grosses me out

I've been staying at my mothers house and normally I'm cautious about what I eat but my mother buys a bunch of already made and frozen foods here and she watches tv series all day and I'm adapting. The place I have elsewhere I'm living with 2 middle aged men somehow and now I'm at my mothers because I don't feel welcome there even though I pay $400 rent every month even though I haven't been there for like 3 months. I feel like **** I want to go back but I feel bad for leaving my family can somebody help me?
