Why is my cat suddenly vomiting maximum 10 times per day?
Sorry for the long post but its my sisters cats, she has 4 of them and I'm visiting her and she never has time to take care of them and they're neglected so I'm always down there making sure they're cared for and the past few days I've noticed vomit everywhere and I don't know which cat it is I know I should bring it to her attention but she works 14 hour days and she isn't here most of the time. I have no money to care for them, what's wrong with them and what can I do for the time being?

All of them need to go to the vet. At least one of them is clearly sick. If your sister does not have the time or money to take them to the vet, there is a very very good chance that more than one is ill.
They all need to go to the vet.
If you can't take them to the vet, and if she can't, the cats need to go to a shelter where they get the care they deserve. Not taking them to the vet can be abuse and cruelty.
