What can I do to prevent my skin from flaking?

Is it hot showers? I try to take cold/warm showers as much as possible but I turn purple and it worries me also I can't stand being cold. Is it too much sugar intake? I've been eating a lot of refined sugars lately....I don't know but I want to heal it

    It is not related to taking sugar. But stop sugar for Diabetics issue. I think it is your skin condition with the color of your skin.
