Dress normal. Wear hat and sun glasses, be polite..that will cover all the bases. It's good to walk and exersize, if you are still scared, pick a time when most people are working, kids are at school, I prefur less crowded places myself. :)

Dress up smart and quote some geniuses in song as you stroll. No one will ever know.

Why should today, be any different from any other day you walk outside? Go take a walk. Enoy the weather, if it is nice outside where you live. No one will think you are stupid. The only stupid thing here, is you NOT going out for a walk if you want to.
