Why do I feel so down?

I've been staying at my mothers house and normally I'm cautious about what I eat but my mother buys a bunch of already made and frozen foods here and she watches tv series all day and I'm adapting. The place I have elsewhere I'm living with 2 middle aged men somehow and now I'm at my mothers because I don't feel welcome there even though I pay $400 rent every month even though I haven't been there for like 3 months. I feel like **** I want to go back but I feel bad for leaving my family can somebody help me? I just want my own place but I can't afford it I feel like I'm losing everything and I'm so worried and somewhat numb I don't want to live like this.

    From what you wrote, your living situation has got you down.

    maybe cause youre spending money on rent and not living there, if youre not going to live there than take your stuff and go to your mom's , that way you wont have to pay rent
