How can I do a water fast for cleaning purposes without eating or being tempted by food?

The longest I went was 2 days but then I just eat, I'm rating at my mothers house and there's pizza and takeout everywhere but I feel like this cleanse will do me more good than simply eating but it's a struggle

    You want to start a cleanse with plaun shredded carots celery vegs with rougheg.

    Clean our you systen first. Then water with lemin juice for one day
