Why are Muslims able to establish NO GO ZONES on American soil where even the law is not allowed. I am an offended American,does it matter?

I've never come across a Muslim no-go zone on American soil. There can't be very many of them considering that Muslims make up 0.9% of the population.

But when I used to deliver pizzas in college a few years ago, there was a white trash trailer park where we refused to deliver. You would get robbed if you went in there. It was a definite no-go zone.

The only place I can think of which fits your description is a foreign embassy.
