Can you have ED at age 21?

So when I first became sexually actively at 18 I would be able to go for over an hour and stay rock hard, and then go again right after! I would get random boners all the time and wake up with them. Now at 21 I don t get random boners, I have a very hard timing getting up and staying up and I can usually last maybe 5 minutes.. this is really starting to get to me. What could it be! I m too young for this lol 😭

It is possible at any age. You may have low testosterone. ask your doctor to test it.

ED has nothing to do with how long you last. If you have not gotten overweight and do not have diabetes I would be hard put to explain it to you.

Schedule an appointment with your family doctor. When the doctor asks what brings you in today show them what you have written here. Use that as a basis for having a frank discussion on how you are doing. They can do a full physical and neurological workup to see if have a medical condition that needs to be addressed. They can also check if anything you are taking or doing may be causing or contributing to your issue. They can refer you to a urologist for further evaluation and treatment. They may also refer you to a mental health professional who can evaluate your mental state. Once a diagnosis has been made, treatment options can be discussed.
