I feel like **** after work?
Im trying to find a new job btw. But ive been at my desk job for 2 years. I barley get any time to get up( call center rep). When its time for lunch i feel so weak when i get up like im gonna fall over. On an off day running errands and doing typical stuff im fine. Mornings after sleep i feel the same as at work weak walking up my stairs like i can pass out.? What is up with this is all from sitting too long?

It can be from sitting too much not getting enough blood flow. Sounds like you need to eat a bit more. Something with substance. Your blood sugar could be low. If you can keep some snacks at your desk. Like some almonds/walnuts, a banana or apple, protein bar. This will give you good energy. Sugar and caffeine will just make you crash. Also, get up and out of your chair every hour and half or so and stretch. Even when you are sitting you can to some stretches and stuff. To increase blood flow.
