Gender itself isn't a social construct, but aspects of it are socially informed. However, male and female are terms denoting sex, which is a concept different from (but related to) gender. Gender's equivalent terminology is masculine and feminine, or man and woman. Essentially, sex is the stuff in your genes and between your legs, but gender is what's in your head.

Thus, biologically speaking, there are male and female. Don't listen to the uneducated nut-jobs that try to claim that "biological sex" isn't a thing, because they're using feelings based arguments that have no place in science. And, thus, males can oppress females, though we really don't see that in the West. Not that everything is perfect, but it's not the places where we do see legitimate male on female oppression. It's in those places where a patriarchy does exist. It makes sense that it's not really a thing in others, as a real patriarchy wouldn't allow massive amounts of women to protest it.

I suggest you stop trying to flex your failed high school education and maybe go outside and either shoot your dog or give it a bath.

    Wow...

    WOW...

That is dumb, that is really dumb.

    Let's use an analogue.

"If royalty is a social construct, that means nobility and peasants don't actually exist so kings and barons can't systematically oppress peasants, therefore the Monarchy can't exist. Take your pick antimonarchists, either royalty has meaning or the monarchy doesn't exist, so which is it?"

Do kings occur naturally or are they a social construct?

See how dumb your idea was?

It was very dumb, wasn't it?

Nobody said the identity of Male & Female don't exist. Your question is nonsense and a prime example of lack of education on multiple subjects by Republicans,
