Is the word virgin ever used to describe a boy or man in the Bible or the Quran?

    yes, in fact in english the old testament does have a place where both virgin and maiden exist together.

    Deut. 22: 17

    17 And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

    actually, i misread the question.

    as for the word virgin, there is the 144 k who are not defiled by women. and yet in the LDS scriptures these are called high priests,.

    Rev. 14: 4

    4 These are they which were not defiled with awomen; for they are virgins.

    i didnt remember that they specifically called virgins.

    In the Bible: yes, in some of the looser translations. Example:

    Indeed in that passage we see this Greek word being used:

    although it is typically rendered as "chaste" in this passage because it refers to men rather than women. (That is: because of the English feminine connotation of the word "virgin").
