What would happen if I ate bloody, undercooked chicken as shown in the pic?

That is not bloody, under cooked.

Meat near the bone in chicken and turkey will discolor turning a brown or brownish red. This is a result of marrow that comes from the bones and it discolors the meat. It is not harmful although it does not look great.

The rest of the chicken looks cooked, it is firm, not pink and the little bit of juice that I see looks clear.

The chicken in your picture doesn't look "bloody" or "undercooked" to me.

If you did eat "bloody, undercooked" chicken it's impossible to day what would happen: maybe nothing would happen, maybe you'd end up with an upset stomach, maybe you'd be more seriously ill.

Well - we still have meat inspectors, so very probably nothing would happen. Let TrumpTreason spend a few more months destroying the government and there won't be any meat inspectors........ then you might have a different outcome.
