I keep getting calls from creditors for an individual who is not me. I was able to search this individuals name along with my phone number and I was able to locate him, his home address and his actual phone number. Is there any law against roviding his actual phone number to the creditor when they call me? 

I installed an underglow kit on my wife's motorcycle. She forgot to turn it off when she stored it and 1 week later went to go on a ride and the electronics on the bike would not start. I went to check the electric system and battery seems to read 0.2 v. How is this even possible?

I am working on a project for a mechanical engineering class. The project is to write a paper about an itme that has 10 components and how those components are made. Problem is, I'm an electronics guy (Class is required for an electrical engineering degree) and I'm having a hard time coming up with a product with 10 mechanicle products. 

Found a leak from our bath tub faucet leaking behind the wall. Based on the amount of ruind drywall and carpet, we assume it has been going on since we built the house 4 years ago. My question is should we also replace the 2x4 that runs along the bottom of the wall as well or is that okay since it was treated wood to begin with?

My mom in a generally nasty person. She's one of those people who act all meek and innocent but is quietly laying traps to catch you in later. Every time we visit with her we have to watch what we say because she'll twist it and use it against us later.

I'm out of work due to a wrist injury and my mom wants to come over every other day. I just don't want her over here at all.

 Before Covid my wife and I would take her to dinner. That was great because we'd sit and eat for an hour and then be done. We'd deal with her underhanded comments about our house and our dog and our marriage but it was over quickly. Now she refused to go eat and insists on coming over to " take care of me" ( my wife does that just fine, thank you very much). At my house I don't know how to get rid of her.

Is it wrong to just put my foot down and tell her no?

If someone has an opioid habit, say, tramadol, would they still suffer withdrawals from the tramadol if they were taken off of tramadol and put on another opioid like morphine?

3 months ago I took my bike to a mechanic to diagnose a constantly reoccuring issue. Very long story short, he has done no work on it, keeps making excuses and refused to allow me to come pick it up. If I take my spare key and just go grab it, are there any legal ramifications? This is Texas.

When I hit the elliptical for a good, peak intensity cardio work out, should I warm up first or is it okay to just set the machine to my desired settings and get going?

My phone was stolen several weeks ago. I have video proof of the theft and a police report was filed Thief immediately turned off location services so I was unable to locate my phone. I reported it stolen to my carrier who blacklisted it. I jumped online today to check the location (I check once a week to see if it popped up) and found that the device was removed from the black list. How is this possible?

Two months left on lease. I have already given notice that I will not be renewing my lease. I plan to move home for the summer due to mold and electricity problems. Is it okay for me to move out but keep paying rent through the lease term?
