Should I go back to eating normally?
I am 14 years old. I have been on a strict 1300 calories diet for 3 months. If I eat even a little more than I should, I gain weight. I want to lose 6 pound (im120 height 5 5) I don t want to gain weight again, so what do I do?

The recommended weight range for a 5'5" female is 120 - 139, depending on body frame size, per the source site. Since you aren't currently overweight, no need to lose anything. You might consider working out with weights to build some muscle. That'll make you appear more compact and smaller, even if your weight increases slightly due to the muscle tissue being more sense than fat (takes up less space).
If you go back to eating "normally", you'll go back to the weight you used to be. That's what got you there in the first place. You need to modify your current calorie intake for maintenance, which means slightly increase your calories, decrease your exercise, or a little of both.
If you've been dropping pounds at 1300 calories/day, then up your calorie intake a bit so that you maintain your weight. If you've been losing 2 lbs of fat a week (for example) then upping your calorie intake by 1000 a day, should allow you to maintain your weight. If you were losing 1 lb a week, then upping your calories by 500 a day would be maintenance level.
