I have a Windows 10 computer and the Microsoft Click to Run service consumes significant bandwidth.?

This service consumes hundreds of MB per day unless I keep turning it off or disconnect from the internet, even though I've set the computer for a metered connection. My family's data allowance is a total of only 500 MB per day. Is there a way to reduce the amount of bandwidth that the Microsoft Click to Run service consumes?

    a permanent solution is.

    uninstall microsoft office.

    install Apache OpenOffice > https://www.openoffice.org/ (it is free)

    Uh unhook it from the internet while your not using it! You have enough data to send emails not do updates not look at pictures so turn off

    Unneeded services in control panel administrative. / Services
