Should I leave my current job after just three months?
I'm struggling to stay at my current job. To provide some back story, I am five years out of college and my first post-grad job was four years.
I left there a little over a year ago for my second employer, I was incredibly unhappy there from the first day and decided to go back and look for something else. I ended up getting my third job working for a software company in their marketing, wasn't treated very fairly and it became clear their expectations and what I was hired to do were two different things and they wanted someone with more experience, so I was let go.
That was back in March, I worked two part-time jobs for a little over a month and got my current job during that time. I've been here since early April/late March and I'm not happy here either. It's not in line with my goals and I just jumped into it because I wanted something full-time. I don't fit in with the company culture, I'm not sure what the expectations are and I am miserable coming in everyday.
I've begun looking elsewhere, but I'm feeling as if things don't improve somehow within a month that I should try and go back to my part-time jobs. What should I do? How do I explain all this career hopping to a potential employer? I'm concerned how it would look.

A valid concern. One very short-term job is ok, but several makes it look like YOU are the problem. Try to stay for at least a year - two is better
