can i take supplement with blood pressure med amaldopine 5 mg ?

is written on the bottle Non-Stimulant and when i sent email to the company and they said i could take it and there is no interection with medication. i am concern because the doctor told me these supplement are not regulated from FDA and maybe they will rice blood pressure and chest pain because i have chest discomfort some time. And he said there is no research show we could tak e supplement with medication. I already bought it but thinking to return it. should i take it?

i didn't find any interaction online and the ingredient "St. john's wort, glutamine hydrochloride, phosphatidylserine complex, back open, acetyl-l-carnitine, dmae bitartrate, ginkgo biloba, vinpocetine. Other ingredients: gelatin, cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

I asked the general doctor and they said no because contain Stimulant but this one mention don't contain any Stimulant. and the cardiology said i could take it and won't hurt me so i am not sure

    Hey, you can also call the pharmacy where you get your generic Norvasc and talk to the pharmacist :) They are doctors, but instead of MD's, they are doctors of pharmacology. Hope this helped!

    It depends on the supplement you intend to take. You need to check with your doctor or pharmacist as there are certain medicines, vitamins and supplements that can cause bad reactions when combined with blood pressure medicines.

    test it out at a drug checker site. They let you type in your various medications and herbal supplements. If there is a clash, they will tell you. (Just google drug checker)
