Why are self diagnosis almost always wrong ?

Because most people who self diagnose usually have no medical training and/or advanced knowledge. Additionally, some tests require specialized equipment and obviously knowledge to rule out certain disease that may be similar to each other.

Obviously the average person doesn't have a centrifuge for blood testing....

Lack of breadth and depth of kowledge, as well as experience, in the related field.
