USA Visa Laser Denied?
A friend denied the laser visa, non-immigrant from Mexico to USA, she has two bank accounts and she needs to get some money from them, is there a permit for one day to go to the bank and return to Mexico that same day ?

She does not need to go to the bank in person. Not a valid reason for admission to US. She goes to her bank in her country & authorizes a wire transfer to her account in her country. Or she can simply do it online - electronic banking, bill payment systems - to transfer funds to her other bank. Or she can use a debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo to withdraw cash from a local bank's ATM.

It was denied so your friend will have to contact the bank and do an online transfer of money into a Mexican bank

She doesn't need to go to the bank to get the money from them. She just needs to call the bank and have them send her the money.
