If Adam and eve existed, does that make us all related?
Having sex with family members is ****** up. And if we're all related, than that's one big family reunion. Either that or they never existed.

Which means that you are related to me, and there is nothing you can do about it.

Actually if one does just a little research the original was Adam and Lilith who were both created equally. Man apparently does not like being equals with woman kind hence the story of Adam and Eve. They are figurative but many Theists believe they are actual.

1) If Adam and eve existed, does that make us all related?
Yes.
Note that if Adam and Eve never existed, we are STILL all related.
We are all related. It has been proved genetically.

Adam and Eve never existed as they came from the Yahwist and Priestly sources Moses used; and we are all related. It's not an either/or question.
Descent is a geometric progression: 2 parents, 4 grand parents, 8 great grand parents, 16,32, 64-by 1500 you, just you, had over a million ancestors if none of them were related. That is true of all those who have no siblings; and we have that many ancestors in common with our full-blood siblings.
Do the math. We are all at least 14-16th cousins. Take a DNA test. I have found over 2,000 relatives who are between 2nd and 5th cousins.
I have a majority of Northern European ancestry, but there is also that 0.1% Mongolian and 0.1% West African in there, not to mention the 2.4% Neanderthal.

No matter how you view Adam & Eve, we are all related.
Sibling marriage was not done away with until the time of Moses.

We're all related anyway. All living things are descended from one original single-celled organism. Not only are you related to all human beings, you're also related to all trees, insects, and wombats.
