    Be in the AC. Cover it with loose-fitting, comfortable clothes. Put lotion on to soothe the pain.

    How extensive is it? Does it hurt to move your arms, or move your head? I would take time off to stay in bed and get drunk if I couldn't get pain meds from my doctor. If you are blistering, you should see a doctor anyway.
