Do vigilantes create more problems then they solve when they decide to take the law into their own hands?
I recently read a story of a man who was wrongfully accused of crimes against a minor by a local vigilante group, based on half truths and downright lies. This man was driven out of his home and his career destroyed, because of this group treating an innocent person as guilty before any concrete evidence was obtained.

Yes, the problem with vigilante justice is that you can't make a mistake, and sadly often vigilantes do make mistakes, use a 'close enough' approach, which makes their behavior a crime.
