I need a word to describe a sound one would make when angry, or hurt.?
Example: "Happy?" I laugh. "Happy? Really?" I ask, appalled. "Our relationship was nothing but lies, I was far from happy."

From the dialog quoted, I doubt the anger and hurt would be expressed, instead, I think most people would affect a cynical snort, trying to prove to themselves and others that the pain and anger no longer matters (even if it did).

Shouting, "CRAP!" can help sometimes, especially if you yell it real loud. Been there, done that.

You could use like a growling soung sound when someone is angry.
