the name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site?

Update:

I keep receiving a pop-up when using Internet Explorer that says the following:

"The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site"

I get it on my home computer and my brand new work computer. Whether I click Yes or No, the pop-up just returns as soon as I press the button. After 4 or 5 pop-ups, there is a several second break before the pop-up returns...

Is there any way to make this stop happening?

Update 2:

This happens on multiple Websites including, but not limited to, Yahoo, Wikia, and Gamefaqs.

Update 3:

Here is a screenshot of the error.

Update 4:

My Home computer uses WiFi and my Work computer is plugged into the wall. I don't use a Proxy, as far as I know.

Virus, Malware, and Spybot scans all say that I am clean.

If a past Virus set up a Proxy, where would I look to undo it?

that typically means you have a proxy thats intercepting https traffic. it could be malware, viruses, wrong configuration. could be a website misconfiguration as well.
