According to the properties screen on My Computer, I have a 64 bit OS. However, when I checked my task manager, my programs were running in 32 bit.

How do I fix this? Is it a problem with the programs (this includes my browsers), or is it something that I need to adjust in the settings somewhere? Maybe a file that I need to update?

I have Windows 7 and 16 GB of RAM.

I recently got a PS3 and two SIXAXIS controllers. One of the controllers works perfectly fine, but the other one does not seem to want to work. My guess is that one of them (the one that came with the PS3) came pre-synchronazed, while the other needs to be somehow configured into the system... or is broken. Whenever I press the button to turn on the second controller, the four lights on top just start blinking on and off for an extended length of time and the controller does not respond...

Any advice would be appreciated.

There are various videos that I want to watch on Nico Nico Douga (a Japanese video site similar to YouTube), but I'm not a member there. I also don't understand or know how to type in Japanese. I know the video's ID numbers, so I could probably watch them if I knew the entire embed code.

As an example, here is YouTube's Embed code. I'm looking for something similar. Since the system automatically seems to cut part of the code off, you could probably press Enterin the middle, splitting it into two smaller sections of code...

I have a quick question. What do you call videos where you put dialogue from one television show over clips from another show. If it is done with just songs, it would be called an AMV or music video, but I want to know the name for when it's not musical and, preferably, includes the dialogue from the original show in its intirety.

I am currently working on an HTML project for one of my classes.

I need help creating a partition on a HTML page that splits the page into two parts. The partition should be locked in place and the portion of the page above and below the partition should have their own individual scroll bars.

I am looking for a HTML code that can generate a single random number between (and including) 1 and 38 and assign it to a variable. (I'm calling that variable "ran")

I'm not an artist, but recently I have been feeling artistic and I began playing around with GIMP. I have a quick question.

Is is possible to swap out all colors of one pallet with another (such as changing all the various shades of red in an image to their corresponding shades of green, for example) without having to painstakingly change the colors pixel by pixel using the pencil tool?

How do you clear the Internet Channel's cache memory. My friend has to use his Wii to use the internet and it cannot display new images because the cache is full. (At least, that is what we think is the problem)

I am having trouble checking my Yahoo mail. It signs in perfectly fine and the borders and menues work as well, but the part of the screen that has the message on it is blank.

I am having an argument with my friend and I would like some proof. When you see a Pokemon on Wi-Fi (either your opponent's party during a trade or in a battle) or in the Wi-Fi room in the Battle Tower, do the Pokemon you see get added to your Pokedex? I have seen a Jirachi and a Razaqua (sp?) twice and they are not in my Pokedex yet!

My TiVo says that it has 80 hours of recording time total, but the user's guide says that different recording qualities take up different amounts of space. How long can I record with each setting and which setting does it use to calculate the 80 hour limit?

Is it worth it? Why or why not? Any varieties of TiVo that work better than others? Any major bugs that I should watch out for?

Also, does basic cable (that does not go through a box) work with it, or does it only work with certain systems?

...he says that he is booked with orders, even though none of the player characters have ordered anything. He goes on to say that I should try again later. This has gone on for a while now. Since I have a pretty extensive catalog in the game, I would like to know if it is possible to fix this glitch, or do I have to start a new game. I would also like to know why this happened in the first place.
