MOTION SICKNESS?

I went to 6 flags today and had a great time. I had no problems whatsoever. Now that I m home and trying to sleep, I feel like I m still doing loopdie-loops in bed. It makes me almost throw up if I try to ignore it. What do I do? I ve tried sitting and laying in all positions, and I don t have the right medicine. PLEASE HELP BEFORE I THROW UP

    Drink lots of water.

    Did you have anything to eat there? Sometimes carnival food is trash. You might have to wait it out or throw up to get the bad food out of your system (if it was bad food)
