Should I eat dairy again?
So I haven't eaten dairy in about 6 months. Not because I car about animals or anything, it was purely dietary. After I stopped, I started to feel and look better. Probably not because dairy is bad for you, but because things loaded with cheese typically aren't good for you. I don't know if it was a placebo effect or not, (because I thought I was being healthier I was healthier) but I'm not asking if it was a good idea to start or not. So my question is, should I start eating dairy again, I don't think I'm gonna go in on a pizza or some ice cream, but I don't want to relapse or anything. I think it would be okay to reimplement into my diet, but would like some other opinions.
P.S. if you're wondering (which you're not) I started drinking a thing called fairlife instead of milk. It's just ultra pasteurized milk, it is dairy free, has more protein, and other of the same values milk has, and more.

Regular milk you buy is not meant for the human digestive system, milk is good for babies from a human mother. But milk is good for you. though the milk we get is meant for cows and not us. Dairy isn't a major food intake, alternative dairy foods are better.

Drink real whole milk, and natural cream and cheese (not that processed sh!t)
Milk cheese and eggs contain vitamin K2 which you cannot get from other sources.
People who cant get on with dairy are not allergic to it the just lack the enzyme lactose and even they can eat if they take lactose supplements.

If you're not struggling and you're comfortable going dairy free then you should stay dairy free, especially if you feel better then you did before. Even if it is the placebo effect, you are still feeling better which tbh is what really matters. Going without dairy is fine especially when you're still getting the correct nutrients from your diet.

Dairy technically wasn't meant to be consumed by humans, milk more so. But if not eating it makes you feel and look better then keep doing that
