    My answer after considerable thinking is, not that much, what would happen is wages would be increased by the richest clubs, yep i said increased!, even compared to today, and players natrually would go where the money is the vast majority of the time. this is how it works in any other business, the best staff go to where the biggest payers are with the greatest packages, like company car, free insurance cover, and all the other financial incentives, in short the transfer fee would simply be circumvented, power would switch mor to players but a protocol, status quo would soon be created, that's how we roll...
