I presume that you mean to pump ALL of the water out of the spout.
It is a shame that you use archaic units but that is not my problem.
Define imperial work as "foot pounds weight " ie the unit is the amount of work needed to lift one pound of mass against the gravity of the earth a height of 1 foot".
The average height lifted is 7 feet.
The volume of the tank is pi() r^2 h = pi() * 6^2 * 14
The mass of water in the tank is the volume * 62.5
This means that the work done using the definition of imperial work above is
W = 7 * pi() * 6^2 * 14 * 62.5 foot pounds weight.
