When Jesus comes, He will destroy the physical realm and then the Judgment where He will separate good from evil. Not many will go to Heaven.

It is certain that not everyone will go to Heaven. Only for those who have been born again, who have trusted Jesus Christ as Savior. The earth will be burned up, as through fire and a New Earth will take it's place. What will that New Earth be like? We don't know, but it will be exciting to find out.

Heaven is a waiting area, until the new heavens and the new earth are made.
The earths population continues to grow larger, people die and more people are born, so your wondering how will everyone fit on this new earth? Probably the new earth will be much larger than the old one we live on. Now, on this new earth we will have spiritual body similar to the one Adam and Eve had before they sinned. When Jesus rose from the dead he had a spiritual body, yet it was solid, just like ours. You too will have this same type of body, and will no longer have sickness or death.

Psalm 37:29
29 The righteous will possess the earth,
And they will live forever on it.

Not everyone will go to heaven. Some say about 10-20% of the world population.
The reason, only those who are 'born again', as in John 3:3 of the Bible.
But there is always hope in Jesus Christ for those who will repent and believe in Him, receiving forgiveness for sins and eternal life.
What will happen to the Earth?
The New Heavens and New Earth
by Henry M. Morris, Ph.D.
“For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.” (Isaiah 65:17)
There is a glorious future awaiting the redeemed. Although God’s primeval creation of the heavens and the earth is eternal (note Psalm 148:6, etc.), these are now groaning in pain under the effects of sin and the curse. When the Lord returns, they will be “delivered from the bondage of corruption into . . . glorious liberty” (Romans 8:21), and God will make them all new again, with all the scars of sin and death burned away by His refining fires (2 Peter 3:10).
There are four explicit references in the Bible to these “renewed” heavens and Earth. In addition to our text, which assures us that they will be so wonderful that this present earth and its heavens will soon be forgotten, there is the great promise of Isaiah 66:22: “For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.” Thus, that heavens and Earth will remain eternally, and so will all who dwell there, with their true spiritual children. Note also that both God’s “creation” and “making” powers will be applied to the new heavens and new earth, just as they were to the first (Genesis 2:3).
The third and fourth references are in the New Testament. “Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness” (2 Peter 3:13). Not only will no sin be present there, neither will the results of sin and the curse. “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; . . . And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away” (Revelation 21:1, 4). Revelation 21
All Things Made New
21 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. 2 Then I, John,[a] saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. 4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
