You have three options and two are illegal if you drive it on the street. You can buy an O2 sensor bypass that plugs into the harness and tricks the ecm into thinking it's getting a signal from a sensor. Your second option is to install a bung onto your exhaust where your cat should be. Then buy two spark plug antifoulers. Drill one out so your O2 sensor fits into it then screw the second one onto the end of that assembly. Install the O2 sensor and antifoulers into the bing on your exhaust and plu it in. The sensor will then heat up, send a signal to your ecm but will be out of the direct path of the exhaust gas so the signal should fall within the required specs to keep your light off. The third option, buy an aftermarket cat for considerably less than an oem, install it and your light will **** off.

Hi so why does it have such sensors you haven't a clue have you. they tell the engine control system how to measure the fuel going into the engine so it burns fuel economically. so without these sensors it does not know how much fuel to dispense via the injectors. failure results in these two issues too much fuel so does horrendous MPG like 8 mpg if it is wrong the other way than holes get burnt in pistons so the engine dies. so my lame brain friend you need to learn these devices have a purpose in life.
