Is my pet mouse pregnant?

Update:

I got her 19 days ago for my other female to have a friend. They would chase each other around, run on the wheel, and even climb their way up to the grate lid and walk around upside down on it. I've noticed her gradually getting lazier and no longer doing much activity. She looks healthy and is eating and drinking, but I see her just sitting in the corner of the tank a lot. She also seems to be gaining a little weight and I can see her teats. I don't see a nest in the tank.

It is one of the possibilities. You might read up about setting up a nursery tank for the prospective mama.

She will need to be alone in the nursery with a nest box and separate feeding station.

Have plenty of room, see she gets a healthy diet, When the pups are born, they need warmth peace and quiet until they are weaned, then mama can go back to her old cage and friends. the babies will still need some warmth until 3 weeks old, then they can be gender separated and fend for themselves in their own cages.

preparation is the big secret here..
